My journey in a few words
My life has been filled with amazing moments that changed me. I lived in a quiet town in Northern NSW when I was young. That place gave me strong values. But in my 20s, I felt the urge to see more of the world beyond my hometown.
A pivotal shift occurred when I relocated to Southampton, igniting a quest for novel experiences. London then became a canvas upon which I immersed myself in the dynamic hospitality realm, seizing chances to explore Europe's diverse landscapes and cultures. The year 2008 witnessed my arrival in Melbourne, where I found solace amidst Victoria's natural splendour and embarked on soul-enriching journeys across Southeast Asia's captivating terrain.
Returning to London in 2015 felt like I had completed an important journey. I now understand and value the city's constantly evolving spirit and the rewarding adventures it has provided during my travels through Italy and France in previous years. However, as time passed, a yearning for the calmness and peace of my hometown grew stronger in my heart. While the bustling metropolis offered endless cultural experiences and opportunities, part of me missed the quiet charm and steady rhythms of the community where I was raised.
In 2023, I chose to return to where everything started for me. Now, amongst my hometown's familiar sights and people, I find myself at a junction, standing on the edge of a fresh part of my story. As I work out how this change will go, I'm full of expectancy and keenness, prepared to welcome the uncertainties and shape a road that matches my interests and goals.
Each part of my life story has become an intricate thread in the tapestry of my path. As I embark on this next chapter, I am fueled by the memories of my past adventures and the endless possibilities that lie ahead, eagerly awaiting the unfolding of the next chapter in this beautiful, unpredictable journey called life.
